We produce enough food to feed the world’s population 4 times over. Hunger is not a production issue, it’s a distribution problem. Campus Kitchens Project is a organization being brought to Graceland University next year. Food from the Commons will be reclaimed and repurposed in order to provide for those in need within the Graceland community, as well as the Lamoni Community. Not only is this reclaimed food an opportunity to provide for those in need, but also an opportunity to bring get people together.
